General Introduction and Agreement

These "Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use" ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between pp6 and every user who accesses or browses the pp6 platform (www.pp6.fit), opens an account, or places bets.

From the moment you first access pp6's services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not accept this agreement, you may not continue to use the services.

Amendments

pp6 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website, and continuing to play after publication means you agree to the updated terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

To access and use pp6's services, players must meet the following eligibility requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement cannot be transferred or waived for anyone.
• You must be an individual who is accessing and playing of your own free will and in your own name.
• Each person may only open one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and funds in those accounts may be forfeited.
• Players accessing from a country or region where online gambling is legally restricted are not permitted to use the platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information. If false information is submitted, pp6 may close the account and withhold any funds.

Account Security Responsibility

Each player must keep their login ID and password confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances. Deposit Terms

pp6 supports digital payment methods that best suit the Myanmar market. The specific terms for deposits are as follows—

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• If your deposit does not appear in your account within 3 hours, contact [email protected] immediately with your deposit receipt.
• Any transaction fees charged are the responsibility of the sending bank or digital service provider. pp6 is not liable for such fees.
• pp6 is not liable for any losses arising from exchange rate differences — all transactions are calculated in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests will be processed promptly after review by pp6. The key withdrawal terms are as follows—

• An identity (ID) verification may be required at the time of your first withdrawal. Verified accounts will have faster withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals must be sent back to the same bank or digital account used for the deposit. Transfers to a different account are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met — see the bonus terms section below.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, pp6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• pp6 cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

To receive any bonus or promotion offered by pp6 to players, the following terms must be met—

First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

Players making their first deposit can receive a 120% bonus — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, a 15x Wagering Requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

• The bonus is available once per player only. It cannot be claimed more than once.
• If you withdraw before completing the Wagering Requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit amount will be available for withdrawal.
• Wagering progress is calculated from bets placed on live casino games, slots, and football betting. Restrictions may vary by game type.
• If the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the set period from when the bonus was received, the bonus funds will expire automatically.
• pp6 reserves the right to modify or close any bonus programme at any time.

VIP Tiered Cashback

Players participating in pp6's 5 VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) can receive the following bi-weekly cashback—

• Bronze — Bi-weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Bi-weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — Bi-weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Bi-weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — Over 2 weeks Cashback up to 1.0%

Players' VIP level will be upgraded based on their playing activity and changes. Cashback amounts can be withdrawn without meeting Wagering Requirements, and conditions may vary.

Fair Play Policy

pp6 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

Prohibited Actions

• Using software, bots, prediction tools, or automated playing technology is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse — including any attempt to obtain bonuses through improper means.
• Using chip dumping relationships to exploit bonuses through deliberately manipulated play.
• Multi-accounting — a single player accessing the platform through multiple different accounts.
• Collusion — players communicating with each other to play in a way that disadvantages other players.

If any of the above violations are found, pp6 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

Gaming is a form of entertainment, and pp6 always encourages players to play with a clear purpose in mind. Anyone accessing this gaming platform should—

• Set a personal budget for their play and not exceed that limit.
• Not treat gaming as a way to recover financial losses.

Service Suspension

pp6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service due to maintenance, software updates, or unforeseen circumstances. pp6 cannot be held liable for any funds lost by players during such a suspension — if the suspension is prolonged, players may withdraw their balance in advance.

Legal

These terms have been drafted in good faith to align with the laws of Myanmar, but the service is provided "as is" without reference to any specific legal statute. Disputes relating to the service should first be raised with pp6 customer support, and if unresolved, will be handled through mutually agreed mediation.
